Each barrel is hand-selected by our 4th and 5th generation family members, then carefully bottled and sent to our restaurants so we can share them with you! Since the Columbia opened its doors, people have enjoyed this flavorful and refreshing beverage made with Bacardi Superior Rum, muddled hierabuena (mint), lime juice and sparkling water. Enzi Chardonnay; Pinot Noir

These wines were created by Amici Cellars in Sonoma County, California, in memory of fifth-generation family member Andrea Gonzmart's beloved German Shepherd Enzi, who courageously fought but ultimately lost her battle with cancer. Enzi Chardonnay: Rich, creamy texture with highlights of sweet vanilla bean, Anjou pear and toasted nuts Enzi Pinot Noir: Bright, focused red fruits and mulling spices. Deep palate leading to a silky-smooth finish $5 will be donated from the sale of every bottle of Rusty & Enzi wine to the oncology research at the University of Florida Small Animal Hospital. A minimum of $20,000 will be donated annually to help find a cure for our four-legged family members.

Rusty

Rusty is the creation of Richard Gonzmart as a tribute to the unconditional love between a man and his dog. Through his partnership with Familia Martínez Bujanda, this 100% Tempranillo wine was created from their famous Finca Valpiedra Estate vineyards in Rioja, Spain. Intense red fruit and sweet tannins. $5 will be donated from the sale of every bottle of Rusty & Enzi wine to the oncology research at the University of Florida Small Animal Hospital. Bolita Red Blend

A story of friendship and fortune, Bolita is a rare collaboration between Richard Gonzmart and legendary winemaker Dave Phinney (The Prisoner, Orin Swift). Blending Grenache, Syrah and Carignan from the rugged hills of Côtes Catalanes, Phinney captures both Catalan soul and Ybor City spirit. Phinney even designed the label himself, featuring wooden bolita balls marked 19 & 05 as a nod to our heritage. Named for the once-illicit, underground lottery that thrived in Ybor City, Bolita is bold, alluring and alive with luck, offering deep flavors of blackberry, cocoa and spice. Only 500 cases were produced, crafted exclusively for Columbia Restaurant.
