At Columbia Restaurant, we believe that two aspects of elegant dining deserve specialized attention: The preparation and serving of the cuisine and the selection of the finest wines to accompany each meal.

In keeping with our tradition of serving the most elegant Spanish dishes, we have chosen to feature a collection of Spain's finest wines. We have the largest collection of Spanish wines in the United States. We also carry a selection of American wines, sparkling whites and Champagne.
Our wine list has received many honors including:
- Winner of Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence, 2007 - 2004, for an outstanding collection of Spanish wines (over 1,000 wines, inventory exceeds 50,000 bottles). Also, Award of Excellence issued from 1993-2003.
- Awarded Wine Enthusiast's Award of Ultimate Distinction, 2007 - 2005, given to restaurants that excel on all measures, offering the ultimate experience in wine with imagination and passion.
Columbia Restaurant's variety of wines illustrates the depth of knowledge and concern the Gonzmart family possesses, by keeping abreast of the wine market in the United States and by traveling to Spain. This is all done for the enjoyment of you, our guest.
Spain is rich in tradition of winemaking and possesses the largest amount of vineyard acreage of any country in Europe. Spanish red wines are rich and robust, while white wines are light, fruity and earthy.

A distinctive red wine. This elegant red's core is lush with black-berry and cassis flavors, the acidity is lively and the tannins offer firm support. Produced in Spain's presitigious
Ribera del Duero region in memory of our father, Cesar Gonzmart.
