SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
Merchandise and gift card purchases are shipped from different locations, and have different shipping costs.
Gift Card Orders
Columbia Restaurant Gift Cards are good at any of our seven restaurants and gift shops. We ship gift cards by the United States Postal Service, and we require a signature for delivery. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. We can only mail gift cards to addresses within the continental United States. There will be a $2 shipping and handling charge per gift card order.
If your gift card order has to arrive overnight, we offer shipping through UPS Next Day Air Service at $15 per gift card order. Orders must be placed by 3 p.m. EST.
Merchandise Orders
Merchandise is shipped using the United States Postal Service, orders usually take 5-8 days to arrive. Shipping and handling costs are as follows:

Expedited delivery is also available via UPS 2nd day delivery, and Next Day Air, orders will arrive by 10:30 a.m.
Shipping and handling costs for 2nd Day Delivery are $12 for orders between $1 - $100, and $15 for orders over $100. Orders must be placed by 3 p.m. EST.
Shipping and handling costs for Next Day Delivery are $25 per order, regardless of your order total. Orders must be placed by 3 p.m. EST.
Returns & Delivery:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is damage, follow the return instructions as listed below.
Enclose a letter with your merchandise to be returned explaining the damage to the merchandise. Please return items within 30 days to receive a prompt exchange or refund. For your protection, we strongly suggest that you ship all return packages via UPS or the US Postal Services' insured mail. (Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and all shipping costs.)
Items must be returned prepaid, in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns sent c.o.d. and original shipping charges are not refundable. For credit card orders, we will issue a credit to your credit card.
