As soon as you enter the Museum's front door, you are transported back in time to the days when Ybor City was indeed the cigar capital of the world.
The Museum presents the blending of the Columbia's heritage and the history of the Hernandez and Gonzmart families and their significance to Tampa's cultural fabric and Florida's rich legacy.
Within the Museum, visitors will enjoy viewing the elegant artifacts and objects of art that the Hernandez and Gonzmart families have collected. Some were kept for use in their private homes and many others were procured specifically to enhance the dining pleasure at the Columbia.
Come and feel the history and tradition that is the Columbia Restaurant.
Hours: Open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Sunday from 12-6 p.m.
