Columbia Restaurant began in Tampa's Historic Ybor City in 1905. Since then, we've opened five more locations around Florida in Sarasota, St. Augustine, St. Petersburg, Clearwater Beach and Celebration. All of our restaurants are owned and operated by 4th and 5th generation members of the founding family. 10% of our employees have worked with us for ten years or longer.
