CELEBRATION
The Columbia Restaurant - a Florida tradition since 1905.

Relax while you dine in elegance at Columbia Restaurant in Celebration. Southern Living - July 2007

The highlight of my recent visits was the red snapper Alicante. The fish, a firm and fresh-tasting fillet baked in a casserole, was surrounded by a bounty of oddly chosen ingredients that somehow all worked together. Sweet Spanish onions, green peppers and almonds decorated the snapper, which was set on a mound of broth-infused yellow rice and garnished with fresh eggplant and shrimp wrapped in bacon and deep-fried. Chances were good that there would be something on the plate to like, and I liked it all.

I also liked the camarones rellenos Jesse Gonzalez, four hefty-sized shrimp stuffed with a crabmeat dressing and flavored with a bit of lemon butter, served over rice.

Chorizo Espanola was a simple but delicious dish of sausage slices sauteed with onions. Orlando Sentinel - December 4, 2005.

"Ole! : You'll feel like you're in Sevilla at the Columbia Restaurant, a short walk from the hotel, which has authentic Cuban and Spanish dishes including tapas (appetizers). It is the sister restaurant to the famous Columbia in Ybor City." Palm Beach Post (Florida) - February 10, 2002

We invite you to join us for a meal at Columbia Restaurant of Celebration. Opened in 1997 and located just minutes from Disney's theme parks, the Columbia is situated within a planned community with small town charm, offering a variety of designer boutiques and shops.

The Columbia overlooks Celebration's picturesque lake and offers classic elegance in a Mediterranean style setting where diners can enjoy fine Spanish/Cuban cuisine in our old-world-style dining rooms, an outdoor caf, courtyard, or our Tapas Bar.

Your favorite foods that you may have sampled at the original Columbia Restaurant in Tampa's Historic Ybor City are also found here, including our world-famous "1905" Salad TM . You'll also find century-old family recipes like Paella "a la Valencia," Snapper "Alicante" Pompano en Papillot, Corvina "Russian Style" and Filet Mignon "Columbia".

Be sure to visit our on-site gift shop for a selection of unique gifts, fine cigars & accessories. And don't forget to take home "A Taste of Columbia" with our World Famous "1905" Salad TM Dressing, sangria mix, Cuban and American roast coffee, hot sauce and Columbia seasoning.
