Make Your Christmas Reservations Now At Columbia Restaurants
TAMPA, Fla., Dec. 1, 2016 – All five Columbia Restaurants* in Florida are open Christmas Day and accepting reservations. Locations include Tampa’s historic Ybor City, on St. Armands Circle in Sarasota, in the historic district of St. Augustine, Sand Key on Clearwater Beach and downtown Celebration, near Orlando.
The five Columbia Restaurant locations open at 11 a.m. Christmas Day, and our complete dinner menu also is available all day.

Some seating times may not be available at some Columbia locations. If you do not get a suggestion for another reservation time when making a reservation online, please call the Columbia Restaurant of your choice. They will have the most current information on what reservations are available.
Christmas FeaturesLechon Asado
Roasted lechon (pork) marinated with sour orange juice, garlic, oregano and bay leaves. Slow roasted until the meat is tender and juicy. Served with mojo, yuca, Moros y Cristianos and platanos maduros.
Roast turkey served with Columbia stuffing (Our great-grandmother’s recipe of Italian sausage, ground beef, chopped chicken livers, apples, water chestnuts and raisins.) Sautéed carrots and string beans, sweet potato pecan casserole, whipped potatoes, homemade cranberry sauce and giblet gravy.
Adult dinners are $21.95, children’s dinners are $5.95. Christmas features include a cup of one of the Columbia’s world-famous soups or a fresh Caesar salad.
For an additional $2.95, Columbia’s Original “1905” Salad® can be substituted.
*The Columbia Cafe on the Riverwalk at Tampa Bay History Center will serve its regular menu until 5 p.m. on Christmas Eve. The Cafe will be closed on Christmas Day.
The Columbia Restaurant Cafe at Tampa International Airport will not offer Christmas Day features, but will be open and serving from its regular menu.
